I care about my clients and believe it is important that you get to know me before you commit to counselling support. Your first session is a free introductory 30 minute meeting and can happen in person or over the phone. This conversation is used to determine the best kind of support that is unique to YOU and your life.
I will follow up with a proposal for our work together and you can choose the option that feels right for you.
